This 33-bed unit is the heart of the hospital’s cardiac care, managing everything from post-op cardiothoracic surgery to high-risk antiarrhythmic drips. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where the ratio is a manageable 1:4, but flexibility is the name of the game.

Scheduling: Flexibility is key—expect 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule, and no block scheduling is permitted.
