Director of Labor & Delivery (LDRP) – Contract | Colorado
Location: Western Colorado
Start Date: ASAP (Rapid Response) Duration: 26 Weeks | 40 hrs/week (Variable Shifts)

Role Overview

Lead the Labor & Delivery department, ensuring safe, high-quality care for mothers and newborns. Oversee operations, staff, compliance, and quality initiatives while collaborating with physicians and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership & operational oversight for L&D
Manage staffing, budget, and departmental performance
Ensure regulatory compliance & quality standards
Drive patient safety and experience initiatives
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
Education: BSN + Master’s (Nursing/Healthcare or related)
Experience:
10+ years Labor & Delivery
5+ years leadership/management
License: Active Colorado RN (or ability to obtain)
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (required)

CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #294572. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
