📋 Position Summary
Are you a versatile nurse who thrives in high-acuity environments? We are seeking a Dual-Specialty Traveler with strong experience in both the Emergency Room (ER) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU). In this role, you will rotate between departments, providing seamless transition and expert care for patients across the critical care spectrum.

🌟 Key Responsibilities
⚡ Dual-Department Rotation: Pivot between the fast-paced ER and the high-intensity ICU based on facility needs.

🩺 Provider Support: Assist medical providers in the delivery of acute medical care and life-saving interventions.

👩‍⚕️ Patient Advocacy: Help patients understand and comply with their care plans while maintaining a professional, proactive clinical environment.

👶 Across the Lifespan: Deliver age-appropriate care for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric.

📊 Critical Monitoring: Manage ventilators, titrate drips, and respond to traumas with precision and calm.

🎓 Requirements
🧠 Experience: MUST have documented experience in both ER and ICU. * 🆔 Licensure: Active Montana RN License (or multi-state compact).

❤️ Certifications: * Current BLS & ACLS (AHA required).

PALS or ENPC (Highly Preferred).

TNCC (Highly Preferred).

💪 Versatility: Ability to float and adapt to different workflows and team dynamics.
