💵 Total Weekly Gross: $2,506.00

📑 Taxable Pay: $1,260.00

🏠 Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,246.00

📋 Position Summary
Sidney Health Center is looking for a dedicated RN to join our I CARE team in a Critical Access Hospital setting. As a Med-Surg nurse here, you are vital to our mission of helping individuals achieve their highest level of health and wellbeing. You will care for patients of all ages, requiring a versatile skillset and a passion for purposeful, community-focused work.

👶 Across the Lifespan: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric.

🔄 Nursing Process: Utilize assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to drive patient success.

🤝 Interprofessional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal outcomes.

🏔️ Critical Access Care: Adapt to the unique, fast-paced needs of a rural health center, providing stability and expertise to the Med-Surg unit.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications
🎓 Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.

🧠 Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of general nursing theory and clinical practice.

🆔 Licensure: Current Montana RN License (or compact).

❤️ Certifications: * BLS (Required)

ACLS (Highly Preferred)
