💵 Total Weekly Gross: $3,001.00

📑 Taxable Pay: $1,755.00

🏠 Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,246.00 (Full GSA Max)

📋 Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced L&D RN to join the OB team at CMMC. In this role, you will be a vital advocate for mothers and newborns, managing everything from active labor and fetal monitoring to immediate postpartum care. You must possess strong clinical judgment and the ability to remain calm and decisive during obstetric emergencies.

🌟 Key Responsibilities
👶 Labor Management: Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, manage labor progression, and assist with vaginal and operative deliveries.

🩺 Clinical Assessment: Perform cervical exams within scope and interpret complex fetal monitoring strips.

🛡️ Emergency Response: Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies and prepare patients for surgical interventions (C-sections) as needed.

💊 Direct Care: Administer medications, manage IVs, and provide immediate stabilization for newborns.

👩‍🏫 Postpartum Support: Provide essential education to new families regarding breastfeeding, recovery, and newborn safety.

🎓 Requirements
Experience & Licensure
💼 Experience: Proven experience in Labor & Delivery is mandatory.

🆔 Licensure: Active Montana RN License (or multi-state compact) is required.

Certifications
❤️ BLS: Basic Life Support (AHA).

👶 NRP: Neonatal Resuscitation Program.

🌡️ STABLE: S.T.A.B.L.E. Program certification required for neonatal stabilization.
