✔ Active RN License (or eligibility to obtain)
✔ Minimum 3 Years of Operating Room Experience
✔ Current Cardiovascular/Open Heart Surgery Experience Required
✔ BSN Preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 years)
✔ Strong Perioperative and Surgical Nursing Skills
✔ Ability to Participate in Call Rotation
