💼 About the Role

This is a leadership + hands-on clinical position where you’ll oversee daily operations of the Physical Therapy department while continuing to provide direct patient care. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and play a key role in shaping patient outcomes and departmental success.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor physical therapy staff (including contract and hourly team members)
Deliver high-quality direct patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings
Develop and implement individualized therapy programs using advanced techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Oversee department operations including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
Support staff development, training, and student supervision
Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain excellence in care delivery
🎯 What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Washington State PT license (or ability to obtain)
BLS certification required
Minimum 5 years of clinical PT experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience in rehab therapy
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
🕒 Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No routine holiday coverage required
