Join a large, dynamic SNF in scenic Monterey County! Experienced COTAs looking for a supportive team environment.
🗓 Flexible Schedule Options:
✔ Sunday – Thursday
✔ Tuesday – Saturday
🩺 What You’ll Do:
• Implement OT treatment plans for short & long-term residents
• Work closely with the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Complete documentation using Net Health
• Ensure compliance with Medicare & facility guidelines
✅ Requirements:
• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant License
• 2+ year of Experience required.
• SNF experience preferred (not required)
• Strong documentation & time management skills
• Team-oriented and flexible mindset
📍 Facility:
Salinas Valley Post Acute
(May float to nearby sister facility within walking distance)
💡 Additional Details:
• No on-call required
• No holiday requirement
• Overtime after 40 hours
