Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Job Summary:
ED RN Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff coordination, and compliance with hospital policies. This role provides clinical leadership, supports nursing staff, and ensures efficient patient flow in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Qualifications:
• Atleast 5 years ED Nursing experience
• leadership experience preferred
Supervisory duties include:
• Daily unit flow, supporting Team Lead
• Staff scheduling issues: managing call outs etc.
• Ability to step into an assignment when census is high or call out occurs that cannot be backfilled – including triage
• Represent unit at house-wide bed huddles
