Annual Salary: $156,000 – $218,000
💵 Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
🚚 Relocation Assistance: $10,000

Full-Time | Monday – Friday (Day Shift)
💼 What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee Quality Management, Accreditation & Risk Programs
Drive performance improvement initiatives across the organization
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Oversee infection control, patient safety, credentialing, and employee health programs
Collaborate with leadership teams to implement strategic quality initiatives
Analyze data and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement
Manage and mentor a high-performing healthcare team
✅ Requirements
RN License or equivalent clinical degree
Minimum 5+ years of healthcare administration or quality management experience
At least 3 years of leadership/supervisory experience
CPHQ certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months)
Strong knowledge of accreditation, compliance, and performance improvement
⭐ Preferred
Master’s degree in Healthcare or Business-related field
Experience with quality improvement frameworks (PDSA, etc.)
