🫀 Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled RN First Assistant (RNFA) with strong CVOR experience to support cardiovascular surgical procedures. This role involves working directly alongside surgeons, providing critical intraoperative assistance and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons during cardiovascular procedures
Perform tasks such as controlling bleeding, suturing, tissue handling, and wound exposure
Support both open and endoscopic vein harvesting procedures
Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety during surgery
Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver high-quality care
Monitor patient condition throughout procedures

💡 Required Experience & Skills:

Strong experience in:
CABG, AVR, MVR, TAVR
Open & Endoscopic Vein Harvest
Endoluminal AAA and thoracic procedures
CEAs and vascular cases
Ability to function effectively in high-acuity surgical environments

⏰ Schedule Details:

4 x 10-hour day shifts (06:45 AM – 5:15 PM)
Approx. 10 call days per month
40 hours per week

✅ Requirements:

Active RN License
RNFA Certification (Required)
ACLS Certification
