Requirements (Must Have)
Active RN License – required
BLS, ACLS (AHA) – required
Minimum 5 years Surgery/GI experience – required
PACU + Pre/Post-op experience – required
Leadership experience (2–5 yrs preferred)
Strong communication &amp; team leadership skills
EMR: Meditech preferred
Role
Supervise SSSU/PACU &amp; GI units
Manage staff (hiring, evaluations, discipline)
Oversee pre/post-op and PACU patient care
Identify and manage post-anesthesia complications
Lead quality improvement &amp; staff education
