Position: RN – Emergency Department (ED)
Location: Moab, UT
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3 × 12’s (Days/Nights)

Job Summary:

Seeking a versatile and autonomous Emergency Department RN to provide high-quality care in a rural hospital setting. The role involves functioning as both triage and primary care RN, treating patients across all age groups (neonates to geriatrics). Responsibilities include patient assessment, emergency response, care planning, medication administration, lab work, and patient/family education while maintaining safety in a fast-paced environment with a high level of independence.

Requirements:
Active Utah RN License (or Compact State License)
Minimum 2+ years of ED and/or Med/Surg experience
BLS required
ACLS, PALS, TNCC (or ability to obtain)
NIHSS preferred
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a small team
Ability to perform clinical tasks (IVs, EKGs, labs, medication administration)
Physically able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
