Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Havre, MT
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Varies
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in outpatient and skilled nursing settings. Responsibilities include patient assessment, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, providing patient education, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and documenting care in Meditech EMR. The role requires flexibility for holiday and on-call coverage.
Requirements:
Active Montana Physical Therapy license
BLS Certification
Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
Graduation from an APTA-accredited program
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and clinical judgment
Willingness to travel (in-state candidates only if >250-mile radius)

CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #295354. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
