Description

Position: RN House Supervisor – Days
Location: Aberdeen, WA
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 06:45 AM – 07:15 PM

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor to oversee hospital operations in a fast-paced Level III trauma facility. Responsibilities include managing staffing levels, supporting clinical teams, handling patient and staff concerns, and ensuring quality patient care. The role requires strong leadership, multitasking abilities, and effective communication skills. Experience with Meditech EMR is a plus.

Requirements:

Active Washington RN license or compact license with required WA verifications
Minimum 4 years of recent clinical experience
At least 1 year of nursing leadership experience preferred
Current BLS & ACLS certifications
Completion of 6-hour suicide prevention training (WA requirement)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Additional Info:

Guaranteed 36 hours/week
No on-call required
Holiday coverage required
RTO must be approved and added to the end of the contract

CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #295375. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
