📍 Fort Defiance, Arizona

⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🚫 No Weekends | No Holidays | No On-Call
💰 Pay Package (Weekly)
💵 Total Gross Pay: $2,506/week
🏠 Tax-Free Stipends: $1,246/week
💼 W2 Pay Rate: $35/hour
⏱ Overtime: After 40 hours/week
🏥 Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Certified Wound Care RN to provide specialized care for patients with chronic and acute wounds, ostomies, fistulas, and pressure injuries.
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who prefer a consistent weekday schedule while focusing on advanced wound care treatment and patient education.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Assess and manage complex wound and ostomy cases
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and families on wound care management
Recommend appropriate supplies and equipment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
✅ Requirements (Strict)
Active RN License (AZ or Compact)
⚠️ Wound Care Certification (MANDATORY)
⚠️ Minimum 3 years of wound care experience
BLS required | ACLS preferred
Comfortable floating to similar units if needed
