🕒 Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) + Call
✨ Support Families Through Life’s Most Important Moments
Join a compassionate LDRP team delivering exceptional care in a family-centered, safe, and supportive environment.
🩺 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Provide care across Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum
✔️ Assist with newborn and nursery care
✔️ Perform triage and patient assessments
✔️ Support GYN surgical care when needed
✔️ Deliver patient & family-centered education
đź’ˇ Work Environment:
• Small, collaborative team (critical access hospital)
• EMR: EPIC
• Occasional weekends required
• 1 call shift (12 hrs) per pay period
âś… Requirements:
• Active Oregon RN License (required at submission)
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• Basic Fetal Monitoring skills required
• Experience in L&D, Postpartum, Nursery & Triage
• STABLE & high-risk neonate experience (preferred)
