💰 Compensation & Schedule
Weekly Gross: $1,886.00

Weekly Stipends: $1,246.00 (Tax-Free)

Weekly Taxable: $640.00

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No more night shift burnout!)

On-Call: Occasional backup for weekends/on-call required. 📞

Duration: 13 Weeks | Start Date: ASAP

📋 The Role: Compassionate Clinical Leadership
As a Primary RN, you will manage a dedicated caseload and lead an interdisciplinary team to provide care wherever the patient calls home.

Excellence in Assessment: Act as a specialist in symptom management and a generalist across all disease processes.

Empowerment: Teach caregivers the skills they need to care for their loved ones with confidence.

Holistic Care: Work in a variety of settings, including private homes, assisted living, and nursing facilities.

Autonomy: Thrive in an environment that fosters personalized, one-on-one patient care.

✅ Minimum Requirements
Licensure: Active Colorado (CO) or Compact RN license.

Skills: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Heart: A deep-seated passion for hospice and end-of-life care.

Experience: Previous hospice or home health experience is highly preferred.

Certifications: Current BLS (AHA).
