🩺 What You’ll Do
Serve as a clinical consultant for wound, ostomy, skin, and continence care
Collaborate with staff and providers to optimize patient outcomes
Provide education and guidance to nursing staff and patients
Perform advanced assessments and treatment planning
Act as a liaison between patients, families, and care teams
Promote best practices in skin integrity and prevention
✅ Requirements
Active RN License (Pennsylvania)
Minimum 3 years of acute care (med-surg) experience
WOCN Certification (required)
BLS (AHA) Certification
Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
