Start Date: ASAP (Quick Start)
Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts with On-Call Rotation (Weeknights, Weekends, Holidays)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic, high-acuity care setting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on IR experience, preferably within a trauma or critical care environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process and critical thinking to provide high-quality patient care
Perform patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards and protocols
Ensure accurate and timely documentation per regulatory and organizational standards
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Educate patients and families effectively based on their level of understanding
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Manage complex clinical situations and prioritize patient safety
Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
Provide clinical guidance and support across departments when needed
Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
Support patient flow and assist with triage when applicable
Requirements:
Active RN License (State-specific, must be current at submission)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Minimum 3 years of RN experience, including:
At least 1 year of critical care experience
Interventional / Cardiovascular experience required
Certifications & Licensure:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
NIHSS (Stroke Certification)
Must successfully pass EKG competency during onboarding
