Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide comprehensive care for patients with cardiopulmonary and respiratory disorders. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing ventilators, administering respiratory treatments, and delivering emergency respiratory care across a wide patient population, from neonates to geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities
Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions
Manage and operate ventilators in ICU and critical care settings
Administer aerosol medications and oxygen therapy
Perform lung function assessments and monitor patient progress
Respond to respiratory emergencies, including airway management and intubation support
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient status
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 3 years of Respiratory Therapy experience required
Licensure
Active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma
Certifications
BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association compliant
RRT credential (NBRC) preferred/required
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of ventilator management and critical care practices
Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
Excellent patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work effectively during night shifts
