Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN (LDRP) to join a fast-paced obstetrics unit. This role involves providing comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide care to laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns
Perform triage assessments and non-stress tests (NSTs)
Assist as a second nurse during deliveries and manage overflow patients
Monitor and support patients during pregnancy, labor, and recovery
Collaborate with physicians, pediatricians, and healthcare teams
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a critical access setting

Required Qualifications:
Active RN License
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Must be labor-trained
Required Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
STABLE Certification
Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or above preferred)
