Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Op / PACU RN with strong OR circulation skills to support orthopedic and general surgery cases. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care across pre-operative, intra-operative (circulating), and post-anesthesia recovery phases.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide pre-operative patient assessment and preparation
Circulate during orthopedic and general surgical procedures
Deliver post-anesthesia care in PACU, monitoring patient recovery
Ensure adherence to patient safety and infection control protocols
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
Monitor and respond to patient conditions effectively
Requirements:
Active Colorado RN License (Required, unrestricted)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pre-Op, OR Circulation, and PACU
BLS &amp; ACLS Certification (Required)
Strong experience in orthopedic and general surgery cases
