💼 Position Overview

Join a collaborative and supportive care team where you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional maternal and newborn care. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple areas including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery, with opportunities to grow into leadership responsibilities.

🩺 Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care for laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns
Support vaginal deliveries and C-sections
Assist with rooming-in (Baby-Friendly practices)
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being using advanced fetal monitoring techniques
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Step into charge nurse responsibilities as needed (after training)
Float to other units within scope when required

🕒 Schedule
12-hour days shifts
Flexibility required for days, weekends, and holidays as needed
✅ Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years recent experience in:
Labor & Delivery
Postpartum
Newborn/Nursery care
Active RN License (in good standing)
📜 Certifications Required
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA or ALSO)
NRP
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (or RNC-EFM equivalent)
STABLE
