🩺 Position Overview

As an RRT, you will play a critical role in assessing, treating, and caring for patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments, including interviews, physical exams, and bedside lung function testing
Provide emergency respiratory care, including CPR and airway management
Set up, monitor, and manage mechanical ventilators in critical care settings
Administer respiratory treatments such as oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy
Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests
Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and home care equipment
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with healthcare teams
✅ Requirements
Active and unrestricted Respiratory Therapist license
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical skills in ventilator management and emergency response
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
