Shift: Rotating (6 x 12-hour shifts per 2 weeks)
Schedule: 72 hours per two-week period (every 3rd weekend off)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to work in a critical access hospital setting where nurses provide care across multiple departments, including ER, acute care, and long-term care (LTC). This role requires flexibility, strong clinical skills, and the ability to adapt to varying patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide emergency care to patients in the ER
Support acute care and LTC units as needed
Administer medications and perform procedures across departments
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
Float between departments based on patient volume and needs
Required Qualifications:
Active Hawaii RN License (or must apply upon offer and obtain before start date)
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
Ability to work in a multi-unit, rural healthcare setting
Required Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
