Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising therapist
Document patient treatments and progress accurately
Educate patients on exercises and rehabilitation techniques
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program
Active Texas PTA License
Experience in SNF/LTC setting preferred (new grads may be considered)
