🌟 Travel Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) | Weekdays | 12 Weeks Contract 🌟
📍 Location: Grand Junction, CO 81506
⏳ Duration: 12 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

🏥 Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered, end-of-life care in home and community settings. This role focuses on delivering holistic care, managing symptoms, and supporting patients and families through the hospice journey.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ Active Colorado RN License (or eligible upon acceptance)
✔ Strong experience in hospice or palliative care
✔ Excellent communication and patient education skills
✔ Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
✔ Ability to work independently and manage a caseload

📌 Experience Required:

✔ Minimum 2 years of RN experience
✔ Hospice or home health experience preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice care
• Manage symptom control and pain management
• Educate patients and families on care plans and disease progression
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide care across settings (homes, assisted living, nursing facilities)
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
• Support patients and families emotionally during end-of-life care

CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #295784. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
