Shift: Rotating (Days & Nights)
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week) + every other weekend

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role involves working across both the Emergency Department (ED) and Medical-Surgical units, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Provide comprehensive care in both ED and Med-Surg settings
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
Respond effectively to emergency and high-pressure situations
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols
Participate in continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Montana or Compact)
Minimum 1 year of Emergency or Critical Care experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Required Certifications:
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
PALS (AHA) or ENPC
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
