Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (Circulating)
Job Type: Contract
Location: Alaska
Start Date: 06/01/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (10-hour shifts)
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday + on-call requirements

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse for a circulating role in a dynamic surgical environment. The RN will support a wide range of elective and emergency procedures while ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative process.

Key Responsibilities:
Function as a circulating nurse in the Operating Room
Assist in a variety of surgical cases including abdominal, thoracic, orthopedic, vascular, ENT, urology, OB/GYN, and more
Ensure surgical procedures run smoothly and efficiently
Maintain sterile environment and adhere to surgical protocols
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members
Participate in on-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays
Provide safe, patient-centered perioperative care
Required Qualifications:
Active Alaska RN License (required at submission)
Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN/Diploma)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Critical Access Hospital or rural OR settings
Required Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #295821. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
