CT / X-Ray Technologist – Contract Assignment

📍 Aberdeen, WA 98520

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CT / X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. This role involves performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform CT and X-ray procedures, including some invasive imaging procedures
Operate CT equipment (Toshiba Aquilion 64-slice scanner)
Position and instruct patients for imaging exams
Ensure proper image quality, exposure factors, and labeling
Maintain patient safety and adhere to established protocols
Provide excellent patient care and customer service
Participate in on-call rotation as required
Requirements
Graduate of an approved AMA School of Radiology
ARRT registered (RT) and CT certification required
Active state license required
Minimum 2–3 years of diagnostic imaging experience preferred
Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs
Ability to push/pull equipment and stretchers (up to 150 lbs)
Good manual dexterity and stamina
Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
Additional Information
EMR System: Meditech
No holiday requirement
