Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (Mid Shift)
Job Type: Contract
Location: Cody, WY
Start Date: 06/01/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Mid Shift (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse to join a Critical Access Hospital. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling a wide range of emergency cases across all age groups in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide emergency care to patients of all ages and conditions
Perform patient assessments, triage, and critical interventions
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments as per protocols
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
Respond effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations
Required Qualifications:
Active RN License (state or compact)
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
Required Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
