🩺 Hospice RN | Travel Contract | Moab, UT
Pay : $2270 gross weekly
📅 Start: 05/04/2026 | ⏳ 13 Weeks
⏰ Shift: Days | 32 hrs/week (Guaranteed)
📟 On-Call: 1–3 shifts/week + weekend rotation

✨ Role Highlights

Provide compassionate hospice care in home settings — patient assessments, symptom management, and emotional support for patients & families.

✅ Requirements
Active RN License (UT/Compact)
3+ years recent RN experience (Hospice/Home Health )
BLS Certification
Valid Driver’s License + reliable transportation
Comfortable with on-call & holiday coverage
