🏥 Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Respiratory Therapists (RRT) to provide specialized cardiopulmonary care to patients across all age groups. This role involves evaluating, treating, and monitoring patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions in a hospital setting.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ Active Oklahoma Respiratory Therapist License
✔ Strong experience in respiratory care and ventilation management
✔ Ability to work with diverse patient populations (neonatal to geriatric)
✔ Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
✔ Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams

📌 Experience Required:

✔ Minimum 3 years of respiratory therapy experience
✔ Acute care experience preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic services
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy
• Manage ventilators and airway support
• Monitor and evaluate patient respiratory status
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Follow evidence-based respiratory care protocols
