✨ Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse with strong background across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Special Care Nursery, NICU, Pediatrics, and Family Care Unit settings. The RN will coordinate and provide patient-centered care through assessment, treatment, education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Wyoming RN License
✔ BLS Certification
✔ ACLS Certification
✔ PALS Certification
✔ NRP Certification
✔ Strong L&D / Nursery / NICU / Pediatric clinical experience
✔ Ability to work independently in high-acuity settings
🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 5 years of RN experience required
✔ Previous hospital experience preferred
✔ Special Care Nursery / NICU experience required
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive care to mothers, newborns, pediatric, and postpartum patients
• Perform assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations
• Assist with labor, delivery, and recovery processes
• Monitor fetal and neonatal wellbeing
• Educate patients and families based on clinical needs
• Implement physician orders and hospital protocols
• Coordinate care team activities and delegate tasks appropriately
• Maintain accurate charting in EMR
