β° Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
β¨ Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse with strong background across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Special Care Nursery, NICU, Pediatrics, and Family Care Unit settings. The RN will coordinate and provide patient-centered care through assessment, treatment, education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
πΉ Must-Have Skills:
β Active Wyoming RN License
β BLS Certification
β ACLS Certification
β PALS Certification
β NRP Certification
β Strong L&D / Nursery / NICU / Pediatric clinical experience
β Ability to work independently in high-acuity settings
πΉ Experience Required:
β Minimum 5 years of RN experience required
β Previous hospital experience preferred
β Special Care Nursery / NICU experience required
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Provide comprehensive care to mothers, newborns, pediatric, and postpartum patients
β’ Perform assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations
β’ Assist with labor, delivery, and recovery processes
β’ Monitor fetal and neonatal wellbeing
β’ Educate patients and families based on clinical needs
β’ Implement physician orders and hospital protocols
β’ Coordinate care team activities and delegate tasks appropriately
β’ Maintain accurate charting in EMR
