📍 Location: Columbia, MO 65201
📅 13-Week Contract
🕒 Shift: Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
⏰ Hours: No Guaranteed Hours

✨ Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT / CRT) to provide care across ICU, NICU, ER, and Floor Therapy settings. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care and ventilator management experience with the ability to care for neonatal through geriatric patients.
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Missouri Respiratory Therapist License / Credentials
✔ RRT or CRT Certification
✔ BLS Certification
✔ Mechanical ventilation / critical care experience
✔ Inhaled medication administration
✔ Noninvasive ventilation experience
✔ Arterial puncture skills
🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience required
✔ NICU experience preferred
✔ NRP required if candidate has NICU experience
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide respiratory care in ICU, NICU, ER, and inpatient units
• Manage ventilators and critical care respiratory equipment
• Administer inhaled medications and oxygen therapy
• Perform arterial punctures and respiratory assessments
• Support neonatal through geriatric patient populations
• Respond to respiratory emergencies
• Document treatments and patient progress in EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
