🌟 Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Acute Care | Contract Assignment 🌟

📍 Location: Zanesville, OH 43701

📅 12-Week Contract
🕒 Shift: Day Shift
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday with weekend coverage as needed
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

✨ Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for an acute inpatient setting at a Level 3 Trauma Center. The PT will treat medically complex adult and geriatric patients including orthopedic, neurological, cardiovascular, post-operative joint replacement, CABG, and critical care populations.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Ohio Physical Therapist License (must be active, not pending)
✔ BLS Certification
✔ Strong acute care inpatient rehab experience
✔ Ability to manage medically complex patients
✔ Excellent communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience required
✔ Acute Care experience preferred
✔ Orthopedics / Joint Replacement / Trauma experience preferred
✔ Epic EMR experience preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide mobility, gait, balance, and strengthening interventions
• Treat post-op orthopedic, neuro, cardiac, and ICU patients
• Coordinate discharge planning and functional progression
• Document care accurately in EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehab team
• Provide weekend coverage as scheduled
