🕒 Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

✨ Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical unit in a Critical Access Hospital setting. The RN will provide direct patient care for adult and pediatric Med Surg patients, requiring strong assessment skills, IV proficiency, independent decision-making, and the ability to function effectively in high-stress situations.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Colorado RN License
✔ Current CPR / BLS Certification
✔ Strong Med Surg nursing experience
✔ IV therapy and medication administration skills
✔ Independent clinical decision-making ability
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
✔ Previous Med Surg experience preferred
✔ ACLS certification preferred or obtainable within one year

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to assigned Med Surg patients
• Perform assessments and develop goal-directed care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Respond to emergencies following established protocols
• Supervise LPNs and Nurse Aides as assigned
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary staff
• Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
