✨ Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Critical Access Hospital setting. The RN must be able to float between Med Surg, ED, ICU, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and Ortho units as needed while providing safe, high-quality care to patients of all ages.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Alaska RN License (required at submission)
✔ BLS Certification
✔ ACLS Certification
✔ PALS Certification
✔ Strong Med Surg and acute care nursing skills
✔ Ability to float between multiple units
✔ Independent clinical judgment and emergency response skills

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
✔ Prior specialty area experience preferred
✔ Critical Access Hospital experience preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care for adult, pediatric, and specialty patients
• Float between Med Surg, ED, ICU, Mother/Baby, Peds, and Ortho units as needed
• Perform assessments, care planning, medication administration, and treatments
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergent situations
• Supervise CNAs / Techs and delegate appropriately
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge needs
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
