🌟 Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department | Contract Assignment 🌟

📍 Location: Fort Defiance, AZ 86504

📅 16-Week Contract
🕒 Shift: 12-Hour Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
📅 Schedule: Typically 7 On / 7 Off (36 hours one week, 48 hours next week)

✨ Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic ED team consisting of Main ED, Fast Track, Observation Unit, and Triage areas. Nurses rotate regularly through multiple care areas and may support additional departments based on staffing needs.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Arizona RN License
✔ BLS Certification (AHA)
✔ ACLS Certification
✔ PALS or ENPC Certification
✔ TNCC Certification
✔ Conscious Sedation Certification (facility available after confirmation – fee applies)
✔ Strong Emergency Department nursing skills
✔ Ability to float as needed

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 3 years of recent ED RN experience required
✔ Trauma / Fast Track / Observation experience preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emergency nursing care in Main ED, Fast Track, Observation, and Triage
• Rotate through multiple ED assignments based on volume and unit needs
• Perform patient assessments, medication administration, and interventions
• Support rapid response and emergent patient care needs
• Float to qualified departments as needed
• Assist with screening, testing, or immunization clinics when assigned
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
