✨ Job Summary:
Seeking a versatile Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services across multiple settings including Outpatient, Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, and Home Health. This is a dynamic role offering a diverse caseload in a collaborative healthcare environment.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Montana PTA License / Certification
✔ BLS Certification
✔ Strong patient care and communication skills
✔ Ability to adapt across multiple rehab settings
✔ Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and mobility training

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 3 year of PTA experience required
✔ Acute Care and Long-Term Care experience preferred
✔ Multi-setting rehab experience preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide therapy treatments under Physical Therapist supervision
• Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, and functional training
• Work across outpatient, inpatient, SNF, and home health settings
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising PT
• Educate patients on therapy techniques and safety
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team
