✨ Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation support in a Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting. The COTA will assist patients in improving daily living skills, mobility, and independence under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Montana COTA License / Certification
✔ Strong patient care and communication skills
✔ Experience in Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care settings
✔ Knowledge of ADL training and therapeutic interventions
✔ Ability to work collaboratively with rehab team
🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 3 year of COTA experience required
✔ SNF / Long-Term Care experience preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision
• Assist residents with ADLs and functional mobility training
• Implement individualized therapy programs
• Monitor and report patient progress
• Educate patients on safety and adaptive techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
