⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

✨ Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide inpatient rehabilitation services. The OT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy focused on improving functional independence and activities of daily living (ADLs).

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active North Dakota Occupational Therapist License
✔ Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
✔ Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings
✔ Knowledge of ADL training and therapeutic interventions
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 3 year of OT experience required
✔ Inpatient rehab experience preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team
• Promote optimal recovery and patient outcomes
