✨ Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in both Emergency Room and Swing Bed settings within a Critical Access Hospital. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to handle emergency situations, and flexibility to manage both acute and transitional care patients.
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Colorado RN License
✔ BLS Certification
✔ ACLS Certification
✔ PALS Certification
✔ TNCC Certification
✔ Strong Emergency Room nursing experience
✔ Ability to manage Swing Bed / transitional care patients
🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
✔ ER experience required
✔ Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emergency care to patients in ER setting
• Manage Swing Bed patients requiring extended care
• Perform assessments, triage, and emergency interventions
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and care standards
