🌟 Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab | Contract Assignment 🌟

📍 Location: Newport, OR 97365

📅 13-Week Contract
🕒 Shift: Days | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (No Weekends)
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

✨ Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide outpatient rehabilitation services. The role focuses on treating patients with mobility and functional impairments through evidence-based therapy programs aimed at restoring independence and improving quality of life.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Oregon Physical Therapist License
✔ BLS Certification
✔ Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
✔ Experience in outpatient rehab settings
✔ Ability to travel between multiple care sites

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 3 year of PT experience required
✔ Outpatient rehab experience preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for orthopedic, neurological, and functional conditions
• Deliver balance, mobility, and pain management interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Educate patients on exercises and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team
