📅 13-Week Contract
🕒 Shift: 12-Hour Rotating (Evenings/Nights)
⏰ Hours: 72–80 Hours per 2 Weeks

✨ Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Critical Care RN for a Float Pool role covering ER, ICU, and PACU. The RN will provide high-level patient care across multiple units and support hospital-wide operations including rapid response and code teams.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Hawaii RN License
✔ BLS, ACLS, PALS (required)
✔ Strong ER and ICU experience (MANDATORY)
✔ Ability to float across multiple units
✔ Strong critical thinking and adaptability

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 3 years RN experience required
✔ ER + ICU experience required (non-negotiable)
✔ Critical care / float experience preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care for ER, ICU, and PACU patients
• Float to other units to assist as needed (non-primary assignments)
• Participate in rapid response and code blue teams
• Monitor telemetry and assist with patient transport
• Support patient care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Ensure compliance with safety and clinical protocols
