📅 13-Week Contract
🕒 Shift: Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | 3 shifts/week
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

✨ Job Summary:
Seeking a versatile Registered Nurse (RN) to work across Emergency Room, Acute Inpatient, and Swing Bed units in a Critical Access Hospital setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage diverse patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Colorado RN License
✔ BLS, ACLS, PALS (required)
✔ TNCC (preferred/required per facility)
✔ Strong ER and acute care experience
✔ Ability to multitask in a small-team rural setting

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 3 year RN experience required
✔ Critical Access Hospital / ER experience preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments and prioritize care in ER and inpatient settings
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer treatments and interventions as ordered
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Provide patient and family education
• Support quality improvement and safety initiatives

• Small Critical Access Hospital (Acute + ER + Swing Bed)
• Team includes RN, CNA, and support staff
• Exposure to a wide variety of patient conditions
