📅 13-Week Contract
🕒 Shift: 12-Hour Rotating (Days/Nights/Weekends based on schedule)
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

✨ Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The RN will deliver high-quality patient care, support long-term care residents, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active California RN License
✔ BLS Certification (Active CPR required)
✔ Strong SNF / Long-Term Care experience
✔ Excellent communication (verbal & written English)
✔ Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 3 year RN experience required
✔ Long-Term Care / SNF experience preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and care plans
• Ensure compliance with patient safety and care standards
• Support residents with daily care needs

🔹 Additional Requirements:
✔ Must wear Caribbean Blue scrubs (facility requirement)
✔ Adaptable, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
✔ Strong attendance and dependability required

CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #296062. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
