🌟 Travel ER Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift | 13 Weeks 🌟

📍 Location: Rockford, IL 61103

📅 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Duration: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Weekend & Holiday Rotation
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

🩺 Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a high-acuity hospital setting. The RN will deliver quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support patient safety and outcomes in a fast-paced ER environment.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ Active Illinois RN License
✔ BLS, ACLS, PALS (required)
✔ NIHSS Certification
✔ TNCC or TNS (required)
✔ Strong Emergency Room experience
✔ Ability to work in fast-paced, critical care environments

📌 Experience Required:

✔ Minimum 3 years ER RN experience
✔ Acute care / hospital experience required

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Perform patient assessments, planning, and evaluations
• Develop individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure patient safety and escalate concerns as needed
• Float to other facilities if required

CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #296072. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
