🩺 Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (Circulator) to support surgical services in a fast-paced environment. The RN will assist in perioperative care, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with surgical teams throughout procedures.

✅ Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Vermont RN License (or eligible upon acceptance)
✔ BLS, ACLS (required)
✔ Operating Room / Circulator experience
✔ Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment

📌 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 3 year OR experience preferred
✔ Acute care / surgical experience required

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide perioperative nursing care as a circulator
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure sterile environment
• Assist surgical team before, during, and after procedures
• Monitor patient status and ensure safety throughout surgery
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency procedures
